EB-3 is the employment-based third preference immigrant category. Its “Other Workers” subcategory is intended for positions that require less than two years of training or experience and are not temporary or seasonal. The position must generally be permanent and full-time, and the case requires a qualifying U.S. employer sponsor.

Possible positions may include certain roles in:

• Hospitality and food services.
• Healthcare support.
• Food production and processing.
• Cleaning and maintenance.
• Warehousing and logistics.
• Landscaping and other essential services.

You may be a strong candidate if you:

• Are in age range from 18 to 50 years old.
• Are in good health and can pass the U.S. immigration medical exam.
• Have no serious criminal or immigration violations that would make you inadmissible.
• Have at least basic English to communicate at work and during the interview (no advanced level required).
• Can perform basic unskilled work such as:
  - Cleaning/housekeeping, janitorial work
  - Hotel/restaurant support (busser, dishwasher, runner, host)
  - Caregiver or health care aide (non‑licensed roles)
  - Food production, packing, basic factory work
  - Farm or landscaping labor (non‑seasonal roles)

You do NOT need:
- A university degree or diploma.
- Two or more years of skilled experience.
- A large investment (unlike EB‑5).
